A. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Droid Skool websites, courses, communities, or services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
- If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
- These Terms apply in addition to our Privacy Policy and any program-specific policies shown at enrollment.
B. Definitions
Key terms used throughout these Terms.
- “Platform” — websites, learning portals, landing pages, and community spaces operated by Droid Skool.
- “Courses/Programs” — free or paid masterclasses, bootcamps, live sessions, and recorded modules.
- “Content” — videos, code, slides, assignments, templates, notes, and other educational material.
- “User/Student” — anyone who accesses the Platform or enrolls in Courses.
- “Instructor/Coach” — Nikkhil Rai or other authorized mentors representing Droid Skool.
- “Services” — all offerings including courses, support, communities, payments, and communications.
C. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be legally competent to contract under Indian law.
- Provide accurate information during sign‑up and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it.
- Licenses are single-user and non-transferable. Organizational access requires written approval.
- Parents/guardians must consent for minors where applicable under law.
D. Course Enrollment & Access
Enrollment grants a limited, personal license to view and use Content for learning.
- Access window and device limits are specified per program; sharing logins is not permitted.
- Fair use applies; heavy automated downloads, scraping, or restreams are prohibited.
- Community participation (e.g., WhatsApp) must follow rules in Section L.
- AI assistance: Droid Skool may use AI to enhance support, summaries, and learning aids.
E. Payments, Pricing, Taxes & Invoices
All prices are displayed in INR unless stated otherwise.
- Payments may be processed by third-party gateways. You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected method.
- Applicable taxes/GST may be added. Receipts/invoices are sent to your registered email.
- Prices and features may change; changes do not affect completed purchases.
- Chargebacks for valid deliveries may lead to suspension (see Section Q).
F. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the program and stated policy at purchase.
- Live masterclass tickets are typically non‑refundable once the session begins.
- For recorded programs, if a refund window is advertised, requests must be made within that window and with reasonable usage (e.g., less than 20% progress).
- Abuse (e.g., downloading all content then requesting a refund) voids eligibility.
- We may deny or limit refunds in cases of fraud, policy violation, or excessive refund history.
G. Trials, Offers, Coupons & Scholarships
Promotions have eligibility rules and may be time‑limited.
- One user per offer unless explicitly allowed. We may revoke benefits if misuse is detected.
- Coupons cannot be stacked unless stated. Scholarship decisions are final.
H. Certification, Results & Placement Disclaimer
We teach skills and provide guidance; outcomes depend on your effort and context.
- No guarantees of employment, salary, or placement.
- Certificates (when offered) require meeting course criteria (e.g., assessments, attendance, projects).
- Portfolio or GitHub guidance is educational; you remain responsible for your submissions.
I. Intellectual Property & License
All Content and trademarks belong to Droid Skool or its licensors.
- You receive a limited, revocable, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license for personal learning.
- Do not copy, record, share, sell, mirror, or distribute Content without written permission.
- Do not remove watermarks or technical protections.
J. User‑Generated Content
You retain ownership of your posts; you grant us a license to host, display, and moderate.
- By posting, you grant Droid Skool a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use your UGC to operate and improve the Services.
- You are responsible for your UGC. Do not post illegal, infringing, or harmful material.
- Takedown: If you believe content infringes your rights, email info@droidskool.com with details (links, proof of ownership, statement of good faith).
K. Prohibited Conduct
To keep the community safe and fair, the following are not allowed.
- Cheating, plagiarism, credential sharing, or bypassing paywalls/DRM.
- Recording or redistributing paid sessions or materials.
- Harassment, hate speech, spam, impersonation, or doxxing.
- Uploading malware, scraping, reverse engineering, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
- Commercial resale or use of Content without permission.
L. Community & Communication
Participate respectfully; admins may moderate to protect learners.
- Follow platform rules and admins’ directions.
- No unsolicited promotions or mass DMs. Use channels responsibly.
- We may warn, mute, or remove users who violate policies.
M. Third‑Party Tools & Links
We may integrate tools such as payment gateways, meeting apps, analytics, or Systeme.io.
- Third‑party sites have their own terms and privacy practices; please review them.
- Features and uptime may change; we are not liable for third‑party failures we do not control.
N. Privacy Reference
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
- See our Privacy Policy for data collection, usage, retention, and rights.
- By using our Services, you consent to receive essential communications about your account and enrollments. You may opt out of marketing messages.
O. Support, Feedback & Testimonials
We’re here to help and to showcase authentic outcomes (with consent).

- Downtime (scheduled or unscheduled) may occur; we work to restore promptly.
- Events beyond our control (force majeure) may impact availability.
Q. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if policies are violated.
- Grounds include fraud, abuse, chargebacks, harassment, or legal compliance.
- Upon termination, your license ends; we may retain minimal records as required by law.

R. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Droid Skool is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- You agree to indemnify Droid Skool against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable program in the 3 months preceding the claim.
S. Warranties Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
- We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted, error‑free operation or that defects will be corrected immediately.
T. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Let’s try to resolve issues amicably first by emailing info@droidskool.com.
- If unresolved, parties may consider mediation or arbitration, or approach competent courts in India.
U. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
- We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify enrolled users.
- Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
